As Tom’s work expands, he is increasingly on the road not only for gigs, but meetings, media interviews and other key appointments.

In the time he’s not on the road, he needs to invest in the development and delivery of his events in order to increase and sustain excellence in all that he does.

Therefore we are now looking for an administrative assistant to help in some or all of the following area

– Making initial contact with churches

– Dealing with Toms public facing email. (Gmail) Forwarding to relevant team members and replying on Toms behalf when appropriate

– Arranging meetings with key leaders and event hosts where appropriate with access to Toms diary in iCal.

How much time is needed

The amount of time this role needs will vary from day to day but we would suggest that if it was one person fulfilling the role, they would need to commit around 3-4 hours a week to these tasks.
The emails would need checking daily and sometimes dealt with immediately.

If interested in this voluntary role please email Tom at tom@tom-elliott.org
